Count Them While You May...

In the midst of the world's turmult and fear, violence and uncertainty, we can only live the lives God has given us to His glory, and do our very best to shine in the darkness. This Aled Jones authored song, Count Your Blessings While You May, is one of my favorites and has been since I first heard him sing it on BBC Songs of Praise. (This is not the song you may be familiar with.) My teen daughter sang this tonight fo rme tonight, and I accompanied her on the piano. It's a lovely reminder. Wherever we are in our health, our finances, our difficulties, this is still the best recipe to make hearts strong again, and make us thankful. Count our blessings and look up to the Lord in thanks.
